Allen P. Page IV is a litigator whose practice focuses primarily on personal injury, complex civil litigation, and real estate matters in both state and federal courts.

Allen has substantial experience representing plaintiffs in personal injury and catastrophic injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability claims, and wrongful death actions. Throughout his career, Allen has helped recover millions of dollars on behalf of injured clients and their families. He also has experience in complex and coordinated litigation, including mass tort and multidistrict litigation involving defective products, toxic exposure, and large-scale consumer injury claims.

Allen also maintains an active commercial litigation practice. He represents individuals, closely held businesses, property owners, contractors, landlords, and developers in disputes involving breach of contract, consumer protection claims, construction litigation, shareholder and partnership disputes, real property litigation, business torts, and related civil matters. Allen approaches each matter with a practical, client-focused perspective aimed at resolving complex disputes efficiently and effectively.

Allen is also a licensed title insurance agent and advises clients in connection with residential and commercial real estate transactions throughout north-central Pennsylvania.

Prior to joining McNerney, Page, Vanderlin & Hall, Allen practiced with both a large law firm and a boutique trial firm in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. A Williamsport native, Allen earned his law degree from the Duquesne University Thomas R. Kline School of Law, where he served as Executive Articles Editor of the Duquesne Business Law Journal. He is the recipient of the Raymond F. Sekula Award in recognition of his academic achievement, professionalism, and commitment to service, and was inducted into the Order of the Barristers for excellence in advocacy.

Allen graduated from the University of Scranton with a degree in economics, where he was also a member of the men’s soccer team.
